Our refund and returns policy is different for day passes & memberships.

Due to the nature of our business, day passes, including but not limited to both digital and physical products with the term “day pass” are non-refundable.

Memberships, including but not limited to “Annual Individual Memberships”, “Annual Joint Memberships” and “Annual Corporate Memberships” are refundable unless any or all of the following conditions occurred:

  1. Membership has not been used at least one (1) time since last purchase. Once a member, or any member under the main account uses the membership to gain access into the lounge, the membership is non-refundable
  2. Membership has not been used to gain special discounts on any purchase at Heroes Sports Bar. Once a member redeems any special discount at Heroes Sports Bar, the refund policy becomes void.
  3. Member requests refund more than 30 days after purchase. Even if the membership was never used, our Refund Policy indicates that members will not receive a refund if more than 30 days have passed since last renewal.
  4. Subscriptions: Members that have auto-renew on under subscription management will not be exempt from receiving a refund if the transaction was successful. We cannot accommodate members that forget to turn off auto renew. Members must cancel their subscription by going to their account and hitting “cancel” to ensure their subscription has been cancelled. A notification email indicating that membership has been cancelled will also be sent.


Once your refund is requested and investigated, we will send you an email to notify you that we have approved or rejected your refund item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges & Gifts

Gifts are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under all circumstances.
