It’s slightly different for the two categories, but still really simple:

If you bought a day pass, simply let our team member know your order number at the front desk and we will verify the validity of your pass. Note that once you use your pass, it becomes invalid.

If you bought a membership, simply let our team member know your name at the front desk and we will verify the status of your account.

Yes there are! Contact us at [email protected] to discuss this further. We will be happy to accommodate larger requests.

No! Before your subscription ends, we will send you emails to remind you your account is expiring and to renew it to gain access for the following year. However, once it expires, we will not auto-renew your credit card.

The quick answer is yes you can! If you purchased the “Annual Joint Membership” or “Annual Corporate Membership” you will see a button in your account called “Sub-Accounts”. Here you can add multiple people to your group, each giving them their own access into the site. Note that they won’t be able to see the billing or payment history, but will have access to all membership pages you have. You can do this by either filling out the required information or sending the link applicable at the bottom of the page to the people you want added.

Day Passes can be bought and used anytime after purchase but must be redeemed no later than 365 days after purchase. Each day pass equates to one (1) entry into the VIP Flyers’ Lounge.
